Kenneth Caldwell, Senior Director 1
for Buildings & Grounds
Lived in Ohio as a serial remodeler and administrative law judge, (aka: a magistrate or a referee, which means listen to both sides of an argument, apply the rules or law and render a decision). In September, when he was asked to be the LCS Buildings & Grounds Director, it seemed like a good match to his serial remodeling. Little did he know his referee skills would be the first thing out of his toolbox. |

Roger Borg, Senior Director 2 for Finance

Karen Schirack, Senior Director 3 for Services & Activities.
Karen was a speech pathologist who worked in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospitals and Easter Seal Centers in Ohio and Connecticut.
