IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT POSTED DOCUMENTS
The Governing documents for LCS are posted below. All have been protocolized and the originals are on file in the business office at LCS.

1. The Original Constitution of 1979 in effect unless specifically modified by the “1998 Amendments to the 1997 Constitution” below.
2. 1998 Amendments to the 1979 Constitution approved by the membership and signed October 14, 1998, with parliamentary notes of November 9, 1998 attached.
3. The Original Bylaws of 1999 approved by the membership December 9, 1998, except for Article VI on Meetings that was later approved at a special membership meeting for that purpose on February 2, 1999. These remain in effect unless specifically modified by the “2003 Amendments to the 1999 Bylaws” below.
4. 2003 Amendments to the 1999 Bylaws approved by the membership October 9, 2002.
